I called another company and I couldn't get them to get the job done. They kept no-call, no-showing and once I cut them loose, I was in a panic to get me pool fixed because the pop-ups weren't working, therefore the pool wasn't cleaning. I called Chris and scheduled them for a pop-up cleaning system gear replacement/rebuild. They scheduled easily, arrived on time, and were very nice and knowledgeable. They rebuilt the gears with ease and were in and out within 20 minutes. They took the time to educate me on my pump and settings and were very respectful and courteous. They were lower priced than some of the other places I had spoken to and did quality work. I will definitely be using them as my go-to pool guys in the future.

Chris was a life saver! He made it a priority to come out to my house on the same day I called him for help. Chris was able to diagnose, order new motor replacement parts, and had my pool back up and running within 48hrs. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service from New Living Pools. After I had tried many things to troubleshoot my pool issue, to no avail, I called New Living Pools. Chris responded immediately. He came over right away to assess the issue. and then came back again the same day with parts and fixed it. I had already looked at parts on Amazon, so I know the price he charged was reasonable. I appreciated the urgency on his part to fit me in the same day. He was professional, polite and efficient and even took time to educate me about the equipment. I will recommend him to others and he will get my business in the future.

Chris helped us bring an outdated pool back to life. Originally built in the 1970's, and now looks brand new. Plaster chipped out, new tile, new pebble, new pump and now a happy customer.
